OYO STATE POLICE COMMAND RECORDS TEN SUICIDE CASES IN THREE MONTHS

The Oyo State Police Command says no fewer than 10 suicide cases were recorded in the state between June and September 2022.
The Commissioner of Police in the state, CP ADEBOWALE WILLIAMS made this known during an interactive session with newsmen in Ibadan.
The Commissioner said that the development was worrisome considering the number involved, noting that three people died in June; two in July while three people and two others died in August and September, respectively.
The Commissioner gave the names of those involved to include 18-year-old BASIRU AYOMIDE, 28-year-old OBED MASOYI, OLADIMEJI JOHN; 50 year-old- ALAWODE IDOWU, and 60year-old-ADEBAYO Israel among others.
