GOVERNOR MAKINDE APPROVES OVER 600-MILLION NAIRA TO PROCURE OPERATIONAL VEHICLES FOR SECURITY

Oyo State Governor SEYI MAKINDE has approved more than 600-million naira for the procurement of 25 functioning vehicles for security operatives in the state.
Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, WASIU OLATUNBOSUN made this known while briefing newsmen on the outcome of the state executive council meeting presided over by Governor SEYI MAKINDE.
The commissioner, who was accompanied by the chief press secretary to the Governor, TAIWO ADISA also revealed that close to 200-million naira was approved to enhance and protect operation burst.
OLATUNBOSUN also reaffirmed the forthcoming commissioning of completed projects in the state by the Ekiti state governor, Dr. KAYODE FAYEMI.
