Vice President YEMI OSINBAJO has shown signs of quick recovery after doctors say he is now receiving physiotherapy and mobilizing fairly well on crutches.

Doctors overseeing his condition at the Duchess International Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos revealed this in a statement signed by the hospital’s Medical Director, Dr. ADEDOYIN DOSUNMU-OGUNBI.

According to the statement, the aim of physiotherapy is to reduce weight-bearing on his right leg while promoting healing and rehabilitation towards his usual active state.

The doctors also noted that all aspects of the Vice President’s post-operative care have proceeded satisfactorily so far, adding that they will continue to update the public on the progress of his treatment.

You would recall that the Vice-President on Saturday, July 16, 2022, successfully underwent a surgical procedure on his thigh bone to correct injuries linked to playing squash.
