PRESIDENT BUHARI LAUNCHES NATIONAL CRISIS MANAGEMENT DOCTRINE

President MUHAMMADU BUHARI has launched the National Crisis Management Doctrine NCMD.

According to a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, FEMI ADESINA, President BUHARI in Abuja said that the doctrine would bridge the gap created by the extensive deployment of security services that will help smooth collaboration amongst Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.

He said that the NCMD shows his regime’s renewed promise and commitment to managing the country’s crisis.

The President also commended the efforts of the National Security Adviser, Major-General BABAGANA MONGUNO (retired), his staff and members of the working group from various responder MDAs for the remarkable work in developing the doctrine.
