THE OYO STATE GOVERNMENT HAS RELAXED THE CURFEW AND REQUESTED THAT RESIDENTS RESUME SOME OF THE SUSPENDED ACTIVITIES.
THE NEW CURFEW RUNS FROM FROM 7PM TO 5AM.

OYO STATE GOVERNOR, ENGINEER SEYI MAKINDE, DIRECTED CIVIL SERVANTS FROM LEVEL 13 AND ABOVE IN THE STATE TO RESUME DUTY TOMORROW.

MAKINDE GAVE THE DIRECTIVE YESTERDAY DURING A PRESS BRIEFING AT THE GOVERNMENT HOUSE, AGODI, IBADAN.

THE GOVERNOR, SAID ONLY ONE ENTRANCE TO THE STATE SECRETARIAT WOULD BE OPENED IN THE MEANTIME AND FOOD CANTEENS IN THE SECRETARIAT WOULD REMAIN CLOSED WHILE VISITORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PREMISES.

IN ADDITION, HE NOTED THAT COVID-19 COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES WOULD BE PROVIDED FOR MARKETS IN THE STATE, STRESSING THAT “ONLY MARKETS THAT MEET UP WITH THE GUIDELINES WOULD BE ALLOWED TO REOPEN.”
