The Coalition of United Political Parties (C-U-P-P) has called on People’s Democratic Party (PDP) National Executive Committee to sack the national chairman of the party, IYORCHIA AYU and the national secretary, SAMUEL ANYANWU.

The spokesman of C-U-P-P IKENGA UGOCHINYERE in a statement said the exit of the two party leaders is essential to enhance the unity of the PDP ahead of the 2023 polls.

This is coming on the heels of the withdrawal of the Rivers State governor, NYESOM WIKE and his supporters from the PDP presidential campaign, insisting on the replacement of AYU as national chairman.

UGOCHINYERE, who is also the PDP candidate for Ideato Federal Constituency of Imo State, said there is need to ensure that the opposition party wins the South in next year’s elections.
